6 Units Flatbed Trailers Shipped to Zambia

This week, Fudeng successfully completed the loading and shipment of six units of 3-axle flatbed trailers, which are now being transported to Zambia. After undergoing strict quality inspections and final adjustments, all trailers were dispatched from the port and are expected to arrive at their destination within the scheduled shipping time. This shipment once again demonstrates Fudeng’s strong production capability and stable delivery performance for overseas markets.

Zambia’s transportation environment presents challenges such as long-distance hauling, mixed road surfaces, and high cargo frequency. To ensure the customer receives trailers capable of providing long-term stable service, Fudeng adopted a reinforced main beam made from high-strength Q345B steel, greatly enhancing structural durability under heavy loads.

Each flatbed trailer is equipped with: Enhanced cross-beam layout to improve load distribution; Heavy-duty mechanical suspension suitable for rough roads; High-quality axles and brake systems for safer long-distance transport; Standardized twist locks, enabling efficient container and cargo loading.

Additionally, anti-rust and anti-corrosion paint was applied to the entire chassis, ensuring reliable performance in Zambia’s rainy-season climate.

The customer required trailers that could transport both containers and general cargo, with a focus on reliability, low maintenance, and heavy-duty performance. Based on these requirements, Fudeng’s engineering team provided tailored structural upgrades and optimized the landing gear and electrical systems to increase operational stability.

Before leaving the factory, all six trailers passed: Welding strength testing; Surface coating inspection; Brake system performance testing; Load simulation trials.

These procedures ensure that each trailer is capable of handling intense daily operations in logistics yards, mining routes, and cross-border transportation between Zambia and neighboring countries.
